 Once a broker for multiple offices, Conti returned to her true love of  the deal during the market correction that began in early 2006.  By shedding the responsibility of managing the day to day operations of multiple real estate companies, she was able to study the market and saw the trends before they happened.

 Based on this foresight, the team shifted their attention to facilitating short sales for sellers facing foreclosure and assisting major national lenders in reselling the properties they were forced to foreclose upon during this downturn.

 This choice proved to be one of the best ones the team could have made as we have quickly become the market leaders in this arena.  A large portion of our business comes from other agents who are not educated on this particular aspect of the business and prefer to refer it over to us.  We are very grateful for this trust and appreciate these referrals very much.
